Resolution (2) - continued

Finding what is really right for me - being honest about it

Training - doing training - some form of (evolved form of ) education: YES
Education to adults and Children: YES
Having an organisation, a company to achieve that: YES

Earning a living with that: YES
Pious and honest earnings in a way

Helping organisations and groups plan their travel - mmh kind of
Helping them achieve the right circumstances / environment to achieve their goal: YES

In particular: overcoming issues, problems.... mmmh

There is nothing very exiting about that
I do not need feeling very exited... but enthusiast YES
Where is the enthusiasm?

Fostering collaboration: YES
Fostering listening: YES
Fostering understanding: YES

So here we are: back to the quest for truth and justice
Let s play this De Bono video again

Offering tools, designing tools that group and community can use to find the truth?
Seems like it is not so much about the truth in this context - beyong right or wrong - it may be about achieving a form of group harmony? some form of unity?

Unity before truth
OK - it seems plugged out of a Bahai book
It is relevant but there is something more than just a plain statement
Unity: here it means the effort, the discipline to build a cohesive, harmonious whole out of a group
Not every body is right, or happy.
There may be various role, position, talents, issues...
In fact that is the very point - that because of that diversity - building cohesiveness, understanding, appreciation is what matter most.

So unity in the group before we even talk about doing or thinking the right thing.
Importantly: unity in the group does not mean conformity in the group.
That is precisely the point (again :-): cohesiveness and unity is what allows difference of views
A contrario, without cohesiveness, without the skills and techniques to keep and maintain unity - difference of views may well lead to in-fighting, aggressive, polarizing argumentation, frustration and resentment

So from a title about 2012 resolution I digress into some intellectual consideration
But I feel it is important for me at this stage to become clear - VERY CLEAR - about that, which is what I want to stand for. That, which is what I want to build?

That to which I am willing to harness my will, might, creativity to make it either big or deep or far or ... something that would make me and what I stand for proud.

The more I search, the more I go back to basics, essentials
I never knew what basics and essentials are - though they always were there with and for me

1- Innocence and absolute strength of youthful feelings - especially about finding the truth, investigating, sharing the truth
2- What I call: l'intelligence du coeur. Heart intelligence
3- Fun, having fun, laughing and not taking things too seriously
4- Explore, discover and especially feel in tune with Nature and our environment

I am now paying attention to what could be my MBTI profil:
My gut feel is
I- introvert
N- intuition
T- thinking
P- perception

This is just me assessing whom I am. Of course, as I am reaching 40 years - soon turning 39 - I have a strong sense that I am starting to know myself pretty accurately - which does not give any definitive mastery - though mastery is definitely a goal on the path -

So - knowing who I am - Mastering myself... - VOO: victory over oneself

Now - this MBTI business:
http://www.intp.org/intprofile.html
As I am reading the description - I have to say - I am a little amazed and I find it suits what I percieve of myself. I should really do the test...

OK - time to go and play with the kids
